We provide freelance programming services including but not limited to web and app development, AI integrations, and digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, and social media management. Services are detailed in separate proposals or contracts. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion.
Payments are due as specified in the invoice (typically 50% upfront, 50% upon completion). Accepted methods: bank transfer, credit/debit cards via secure processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). All payments are in GBP. Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest. Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Refunds are only issued if services are not delivered as agreed; no refunds for completed work or cancellations after start.
We comply with PCI DSS standards for card payments. For merchant accounts, we use third-party processors and do not store card details.
Upon full payment, You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the delivered work for its intended purpose. We retain ownership of all source code, designs, and proprietary materials unless explicitly transferred in writing. You may not resell, redistribute, or modify the work without permission.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed during the engagement.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, You pay for all work completed to date.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
The laws of England and Wales, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
If You are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which You are resident.
You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to a United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
